I have three children.
Each time I went home from the hospital with my wife and our new addition, the car always felt sort of, well, FULL. This was even true with our third child, and two other chatty kids. It's just the awareness that there is a new somebody in the back seat to keep track of.
And I can't even begin to describe the relief of arriving at home, away from the intensity of the hospital environment, and settling in to a routine.
Enjoy. By the way, don't forget to check every so often. There are lots of interesting things to do with kids...
